Shipping & Returns
Made By Caitlyn uses the US Postal Service for all purchases. USPS mailing usually takes around is 3-5 business days but can vary with each location. Please allow a 1-5 day processing time, some of my jewelry is pre-made when others are made on order.
Once the package is shipped out, your package is out of my hands and I no longer have control. If a shipment is lost, which rarely happens I can't issue a refund. You are given a track number via email and if your package is lost you can file a missing package claim through USPS. If a month or so goes by from filing a claim, your package most likely won't turn up. Most cases I don't refund, however if you spent a lot you can email me and we can talk more. On the other hand, shipping is free but you can pick a paid option to get insurance on your package. Thank you for understanding.

Made By Caitlyn does not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations for any jewelry. If a product is damaged you have 30 days to email me and get a new product sent.
Things to keep in mind:
- I can only issue you a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
- I'm unable to replace lost or stolen items.
- I can only issue you a replacement through my website. If it was purchased through an Instagram story sale or pop up I can't issue you a return.
- If you meet the requirements you will be responsible for shipping the item back in return for a new product, free of charge.
