My store is open 7 days a week. I ship orders as fast as I can, I try my best to ship orders out the next day but sometimes I do need more time because my products are handmade by me. If not the next day it will be the following day. I ship orders & respond to messages and emails all the way until 8 pm EST. If you order after 8 pm EST on Friday just know your order won't ship out until first thing Monday morning. If you order on Saturday or Sunday again please note your order won't ship out until Monday morning pickup. Thank you for all your support and understanding!

Shipping & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or customs. All USA orders ship free but any international orders will have to pay shipping. International orders are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I ship all my orders through USPS, so all USA orders will be given a tracking number and their package should arrive between 3-5 days. Just note because of Covid and funding cuts to the post office there's been more shipping delays so the 3-5 window may not be true anymore and can take more than a week now! Your tracking number that is sent to you after purchase is the best way for you to track and see updates where your package is.
Once the package is shipped out, your package is out of my hands and I no longer have control. If a shipment is lost, which rarely happens I can't issue a refund. You are given a tracking number via email and if your package is lost you can file a missing package claim through USPS. If a month or so goes by from filing a claim, your package most likely won't turn up. However, I once had a customer whose package was lost for 8 months before he finally got his order! When you're picking a shipping option, you can pay to get insurance on your package. Thank you for understanding.
Repairs/replacements for jewelry items:
Oh no, did your jewelry break? I strive to create beautiful yet durable jewelry but I understand no one is perfect and jewelry can break which is why I'm offering free repairs, all you have to do is pay for shipping!!! If your item has broke please email or dm me so we can start the process of fixing your Made By Caitlyn jewelry!
How it works:
- This is only valid for jewelry that I have in stock, if it was an older design or if it's out of stock it will not be valid!
- I can only issue you a replacement through my website. Purchases made through an Instagram story sale, retail location or pop up won't be valid.
- I'm unable to replace lost or stolen items.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or dm me @madebycaitlyn on Instagram your full name that you purchased with and a picture of your broken item.
- You are going to ship your item back to me, the whole design. Once I receive your item, I will then ship you out a brand new one! The replacement will be $10, this price includes the cost of return label/shipping and the supplies used to make the item whether that be beads or cord.

- You need to send your item in some form of bubble mailer/padded envelope to ensure the sea glass doesn’t break during travel.
