Is glass your favorite treasure? If that’s a yes then you are going to love my sea glass finished in a rock tumbler suncatcher! When I handpicked these 3 green pieces of sea glass at the beach they were sharp and needed another 10 years to tumble. I couldn’t leave them on the beach, knowing it’s trash so I picked them up and brought them home to be finished in my rock tumbler for 3 days. I love the detail the white hemp cord brings to the suncatcher. This is going to be such a beautiful, cheery and nautical design for anyones home.
Quick notes:
- Total length = 7 inches
- 100% one of a kind, no 2 suncatchers will ever look the same
- Glass is from the sea but was finished in a rock tumbler
- The prism needs direct sunlight in order for rainbow specs to appear. Allow your suncatcher to soak up sun for 3 days or so and rainbows will begin to dance around your room. Since it's fall for me, my suncatchers don't project a lot of rainbow because I just don't get enough sun so instead I display it as decor to remind me of happy days at the beach.
